Cops are questioning the 19-year-old boyfriend of a Brooklyn woman whose 17-month-old foster son was found “clinging to life” on Friday . Little Kymell Oram, who was found unconcious and seriously bruised and has a broken rib, a ruptured spleen and other injuries, is in critical condition at Brookdale University Hospital . Foster mother Teyunna Cummings, 32, had left the child in the care of Kysheen Oliver and Cummings’ friend told the NY Times, “She thought the baby was having a reaction to asthma.
