The Skinny: We’re trying something a little different by at a SpotterCo that week, considering that property is very approach and dear to Curbed’s heart. We’re looking at a 17-foot-wide townhouse with a retail space on the ground floor, and three full-floor apartments above. The

building is tiny and in need of some repair, but it plus sits on the Hudson Square/Tribeca/Soho crossroads, and has unused air rights (ch-ching!). No floor plan to work with that week, not that you need it. Right?
