On Friday night, NJ man was arrested on drunk driving charges after the authorities received numerous calls about “erratic driving” from a Volvo on Route 440. When a Port Authority police officer intercepted him near Outerbridge Crossing, Stuart Stott allegedly admitted to having five or six drinks at the Pinstripe Bowl .
