P.O. 11105. DUMP!
What the hell has happened to the post office on 31st Street?! (the one under the tracks, just north of 23rd St).

It’s become an unbelievably crummy dump! I’ve been noticing a regular degradation for about two months now, but it REALLY sank in the other day when I went in and saw the line out to the hallway, stickers/forms/envelopes/general crap all by the floors and desks, no working pens, a severe lack of simple items like Express and precedence mail envelopes and packaging and — most glaring — signs EVERYWHERE that read (paraphrasing) “To register a complaint please shout 718-349-4652″. And that is not to mention the usual (at least) 20-30 minute wait times for simple things.

Why put up signs unless SO many public are complaining to the staff that they just got fed up with it and passed the buck up? Seriously, that is a GOVERNMENT-RUN agency. Your tax dollars are paying for that service. And they can’t supply a decent environment? It’s a catastrophe and the more humans who shout the better. Lodge your complaint. Tell me you’ve noticed that too.
