PriceSpotter Big Reveal: Tribeca Triple approach Bobby’s Place

Location: 111 Hudson Street
Asking: $3,995,000

We knew the three Tribeca lofts being offered as one full-floor package would be tricky, and it was. No one guessed the right asking price. There was certainly a lot of criticism about the proposed floorplans, and that comment—from Stephen—was both thoughtful and a good guess: “To put these together nicely will take a good $350/foot, not to mention a great deal of moment and energy. Considering that, it’s probably only worth $4.2M (assuming it’s a condo). [They might do

better whether they had someone who knew what they were doing draw the mock-ups…]” Better luck next week, chaps!
